Wave of Grace Ministries began with three men — Angel Ruiz, George Galvan, and Richard Caro — who shared a passion for God’s work and a longing to see His grace transform lives. In September 2024, after leaving a ministry where transparency and growth were stifled, these men felt a divine call to create something new. Inspired by Romans 5:20, which declares, “where sin increased, grace abounded all the more,” they resolved to be a vessel for God’s unending grace.

The journey started humbly, with weekly prayer and Bible study gatherings in a local coffee shop in Ventura, California. This setting became a sanctuary for honest conversations and a place where hearts were stirred by God’s Spirit. Despite challenges — including the lack of a space for Sunday worship — God’s hand was evident. The group found a temporary spiritual home at a local Church of the Nazarene, under the leadership of Pastor Alan, who graciously supported their vision even though he knew their stay was short-term.

By 2025, the call to formally establish Wave of Grace Ministries was undeniable. What began as a prayerful gathering had blossomed into a community empowered by the Word and strengthened by the Spirit. The ministry’s mission is simple yet profound: to flow with the grace of God, disciple believers, and guide them into a transformed life through a relationship with Christ. With a Pentecostal worship experience and a Wesleyan theological foundation, the ministry bridges robust theology with practical living, making God’s truth accessible to all.
