Wave of Grace Ministries began with three men — Angel Ruiz, George Galvan, and Richard Caro — who shared a passion for God’s work and a longing to see His grace transform lives. In September 2024, after leaving a ministry where transparency and growth were stifled, these men felt a divine call to create something new. Inspired by Romans 5:20, which declares, “where sin increased, grace abounded all the more,” they resolved to be a vessel for God’s unending grace.
The journey started humbly, with weekly prayer and Bible study gatherings in a local coffee shop in Ventura, California. This setting became a sanctuary for honest conversations and a place where hearts were stirred by God’s Spirit. Despite challenges — including the lack of a space for Sunday worship — God’s hand was evident. The group found a temporary spiritual home at a local Church of the Nazarene, under the leadership of Pastor Alan, who graciously supported their vision even though he knew their stay was short-term.
By 2025, the call to formally establish Wave of Grace Ministries was undeniable. What began as a prayerful gathering had blossomed into a community empowered by the Word and strengthened by the Spirit. The ministry’s mission is simple yet profound: to flow with the grace of God, disciple believers, and guide them into a transformed life through a relationship with Christ. With a Pentecostal worship experience and a Wesleyan theological foundation, the ministry bridges robust theology with practical living, making God’s truth accessible to all.
Wave of Grace Ministries stands as a testament to God’s faithfulness and grace. What started as three men seeking His direction has grown into a movement where lives are changed, relationships are deepened, and grace flows freely. In a world often marked by judgment and division, Wave of Grace Ministries offers an open space where people can encounter the transformative power of God’s love and grace.

Our primary goal and mission is to extend His grace by spreading the Full Gospel of Jesus Christ (Matthew 28:19–20) through the power of the Holy Spirit (Acts 2:1–4, 6, 13–18). We seek to build meaningful relationships within the community, leading people into a personal relationship with Christ where they can experience His transforming power
Our Vision:
Our vision is to flow with the grace of God by reaching and discipling people, guiding them into transformed lives through a deep and abiding relationship with Christ. Through the faithful teaching of Scripture, we seek to build them up in Christ and establish them firmly in the faith, empowering them to live faithfully today while keeping eternity in view, carried forward by the unending Wave of His Grace
